K88k's Terms & Conditions — Know it, understand it, play safely

01 General Terms

K88k (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other approved regions. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between k88k and each registered member.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any service on k88k, you confirm that you have read and fully agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you object to any of the terms, please refrain from using the platform.

K88k reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

02 Account Registration

A valid account is required to use services on k88k. The following conditions must be met at the time of registration:

• Each person may only register one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Providing false or fabricated details may result in your account being suspended or terminated.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to any third party.
• The email address and phone number used during registration must remain active.

Account Verification

After registration, k88k may request identity verification documents at any time. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued ID is accepted.

03 Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

K88k is a responsible gaming platform. We strictly ensure that no minors are able to access our services.

Failure to submit the required verification documents may result in a temporary account suspension and any pending withdrawals being placed on hold.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Deposit

• Minimum Deposit Amount: ৳200
• Accepted payment methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer
• Deposits are usually instant — funds are credited to your balance within 15 minutes at most.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method in your own name — using someone else's payment method is not permitted

Withdrawal

• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: ৳500
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Standard processing time: 15 minutes to 24 hours
• Withdrawal limits may apply to accounts that have not completed KYC verification.
• In line with our anti-money laundering policy, withdrawals above a certain amount may require additional verification

05 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on k88k and cover all bet types — Sports, Casino, and Live Dealer.

Bet Acceptance

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled under any circumstances
• K88k reserves the right to void bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a system error
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event (arbitrage) is prohibited

Match Cancellations & Postponements

• If a match is cancelled, the full stake is refunded.
• If a match has not started within 12 hours of its scheduled kick-off time, the bet will be considered void
• If a match in an accumulator bet is cancelled, that selection is removed and the remaining odds are used to calculate the payout.

Live Betting Special Rules

Odds in live betting change rapidly. If odds shift after a bet is submitted, the bet will be accepted at the updated odds. k88k reserves the right to suspend any live betting market at any time.

06 Bonus & Promotion Terms

K88k offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms. However, the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement. For example, a 10x wagering requirement means you must bet ten times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.
• Duration: Every bonus has an expiry date — any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• No duplicate bonuses: Attempting to use the same bonus promotion more than once may result in account suspension.
• One account only: Only one welcome bonus applies per person / household / device / IP address.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on k88k. Engaging in any of them may result in account termination and forfeiture of your balance:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Registering under multiple identities to exploit bonus terms
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers
• Placing bets using automated software or bots
• Abusing or harassing k88k staff
• Creating an account using false or misleading information
• Filing fraudulent chargeback claims

08 Account Suspension & Closure

K88k may temporarily or permanently suspend your account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms and Conditions
• If evidence of fraud or cheating is found
• If money laundering is suspected
• At the direction of regulatory authorities
• At your own request (self-exclusion)

The policy on returning any applicable balance upon account closure will depend on the outcome of the investigation. If fraud is established, the balance may be forfeited.

09 Responsible Gaming

K88k believes betting is entertainment, not addiction. That's why responsible gaming is at the heart of everything we do.

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: You can exclude yourself from the platform for a set period — from 1 week to permanently.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can take a break anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic reminders about your session duration and spending.
